Beyond Checkmate is an eight-week Beyond the Bell Expanded Learning program that
introduces elementary and middle school students to chess while helping develop
critical thinking, strategy, focus, and problem-solving skills. This culminating event will
bring together students from across the District to celebrate their hard work, growth, and
achievement.
